Adeline’s Floral Winter Onederland Cake Smash
I was so excited when Adeline’s mama reached out to schedule her first birthday celebration with me! It is always so special and such an honor to see my newborn clients again at the completion of their first year!
Mama was unsure if she wanted to do a floral theme, or a winter onederland theme – so I suggested we combine them to create a beautiful floral winter onederland cake smash theme!
She chose mint, pink and gold as her color choices – and as you can see, it came together so perfectly!
Set Design
This part is so much fun for me. I love to take my clients vision and bring it to live. I had previously made some of these cone trees for sets I have done in the past, so I only needed to make a few of these ones specifically for this color scheme.
I love the combination of the flowers, snowballs and snowflakes to make this look like a floral winter wonderland!
This gorgeous cake was made by Diana at Lady Di’s Cake House in Peachtree City.
I make all of my own cake toppers – and baby bracelets! My crowns are always from the amazing Love Crush Crowns.
Formal Photos
Before I give any baby a cake during their cake smash session, we start with some “formal” photos. I love to give my clients a few cute shots of their baby before they get messy!

Smash Time!
Now it’s time to get messy! Adeline loved it! She has a perfectly sweet and funny little personality. She had no problem digging into her cake and getting a little messy!
She gave us some adorable smiles and some hilariously funny faces!
Splash Time!
All of my cake smashes end with a splash – and I would say this was Adeline’s favorite part.
We got SO MANY hilarious shots of her splashing and rolling around in the tub!

We also strongly suggest scheduling the session for when your baby will be 10-11 months old for the best results.
