Your Baby’s Milestone sessions with Georgia Baby photographer Lynn Puzzo
Personality : 3 or 4 months
You’re probably feeling like you have whole new baby these days! 3|4 months is a big milestone stage for babies. Your little one has probably doubled their birth weight, sprouted a few inches in height, maybe started eating a few bites of some yummy delicious cereal (just kidding – that stuff is gross!), is probably holding their head up well now and has maybe even rolled over! (Way to go, overachiever!) You might even be getting a little more sleep these days! Or not… maybe we should just forget I even said anything about sleeping!
Since your sweet baby is now a big showoff, smiling all day and doing all their stuff, it’s a great time to document these milestones with a quick portrait session! My milestone baby session is a great way to capture your amazing adorable AND growing baby at this stage! They are full of smiles, eye contact and personality now. We’ll capture your baby with some tummy time shots, props and some adorable close ups to show off those pretty eyes and smiles! This is also the perfect stage for a mommy & me milk bath!
Sitters : 6 or 8 months
Can you believe you are half-way+ to your baby’s first birthday? Crazy, right! In the last six-eight months, you have watched your tiny squishy little newborn morph into this happy, smily big baby with an even bigger personality. By now your baby is probably babbling non-stop, rolling all over the place, sitting up like a champ (or will be any day now!), trying to eat everything in sight and will be crawling everywhere before you know it. (In other words, get ready to nail everything in your house down!)
Around 6-8 months is one of the best times to photograph that sweet baby of yours. They are sitting up unassisted, but not yet crawling, and full of big bright-eyed smiles. These images are always so adorable! You are NOT going to want to miss out on this session. This is one of my favorite stages – and no doubt, will be yours too! Your baby’s personality is so much fun now, am I right?! This is a great time to sneak in a floral or fruit milk bath, and an excellent time to update your family portrait too.
When should I book?
Milestone sessions can be done any time in between your newborn and cake smash sessions to document your baby’s first year, and sneak in a couple family photos. The most popular time frames that most clients book are 3/6/9 months and 4/8 months. If nothing else, be sure to schedule a sitter session at that half-way to one mark once they are sitting up unassisted!
What is the cost?
The session fee is $350 and due at the time of booking to secure your date and begin planning your session.
This does not include any products or digital images – which are purchased separately at your ordering appointment. I offer gorgeous heirloom albums your baby will be excited and proud to show their own children someday, as well as stunning matted print collections, wall art and of course – digital images. Most clients invest around $1500-2500 for these milestone sessions, but pricing begins at $995 and everything is offered a la carte – so you only buy what you love!
